Combining the sounds of digital interface with a basic gesture that humans have done since life existed : drinking water.
Confronting this basic action with the attributes of contemporary artifacts.

All these sounds are generating the gestures repeated during the performance.
The interference sound is paired with the gesture of reaching for the water pitcher.
This sound  (a failure) initially refers to the proximity of two objects, their interaction, as well as the interaction invoked by a human making the choice of calling someone.
The illusion of the gesture both provoking and being provoked by the sound.
The sound of the “ring” of a call waiting for an answer combined with the action of looking directly into the eyes of audience members.
We seek human interaction when calling someone.
Several sounds looped together, enhancing the notion of repetition, provoking different things each time an action is repeated.

Faillure may happens in the pre-programmed human-artefcat interaction, like technological artefacts would failed after their pre-programmed death.
Failure may happens in the pre-programmed human, and unplanned emotion may break through.
